Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

My shipping address is incorrect. What do I do?

Don’t worry! If we haven't yet sent out your order, we can update the delivery address on your behalf. Please get in touch with our customer support team, providing your order number and the accurate shipping destination as soon as possible.

How long will it take to get my order?

We endeavour to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order. During peak periods, it might take up to 48 hours. To ensure same-day dispatch for next-day delivery, please ensure your order is placed by 1pm. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's signed-for recorded delivery service.
Once the order is shipped, Royal Mail is responsible for delivering the item to you and we cannot control their delivery time.
Please note: the same applies to customs delays with international deliveries – We have no influence over your country's customs procedures or the time it takes for them to release your item.

Usually, Royal Mail is our primary delivery service, however we use all major and local courier partners.

I missed my delivery. What’s next?

If no one is home to accept the delivery, the carrier will leave a card advising that an attempted delivery was made and provide details for re-arranging delivery for another day.

I have ordered multiple items but only received part of it?

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, it's possible that you will receive your purchase in separate parcels.

REFUND AND CANCELATION

Can I return my product?

For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for any items within our hijab or under scarf collection. Additionally, custom-made orders and sale items are strictly non-refundable.
Yes, you can return your items if you have met our requirements.

How long do I have to return or exchange my order?

To facilitate the processing of your return or exchange, please get in touch with us within one week of receiving your item

When will I receive my refund?

The return parcels may require up to 21 business days to reach our facility. Once we've completed the processing of your return, your card/account will be credited, and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please allow credit up to 14 days to appear in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within the first 24 hours of placing an order, as long as the order has not yet been shipped during that timeframe. Requests made beyond this period cannot be accommodated, as the order may already be in the process of being dispatched/have been dispatched.

What’s your refund policy?

We provide a no-risk 14-day refund/exchange policy, contingent upon meeting the specified terms and conditions. To initiate a request, please contact us via email at info@hijabee.co.uk. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses and any extra costs associated with exchanges. Further information can be found in our Returns policy.

How do I place my order?

Navigate to the section of your choice e.g., Abayas, Dresses, Hijabs etc. and explore the products you're interested in to access comprehensive details, available sizes, descriptions, and pricing.
Pick a clothing item and add it to your shopping basket. At this point, you can decide whether to continue shopping or proceed to order processing.
To process your order, you have the option to either register for an account or check out as a guest.
Select your preferred delivery method.
Choose your desired payment method from the available options, which include Debit/Credit, PayPal, Gift Card, and more.
Confirm your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after finalizing your purchase.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

Most of our products are accessible for pre-order, but if the specific item you're looking for isn't available on pre-order, please get in touch with us, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Can I get my product custom made?

The timeline varies depending on the manufacturer and the product in question. Feel free to reach out to us at info@hijabee.co.uk with all your inquiries, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.

What does Pre-order mean?

We have certain items available for pre-order on our website. This enables you to place an order for items before they are in stock and readily available.
Please note that shipping can take 2-6 weeks on pre-ordered items.
